2. Location data will only be shared with the Department of Health if you consent upon testing positive for COVID-19.

3. If you test positive for COVID-19, it's important to remember where you have been as part of the contact tracing process.

5. Care19 Diary is the official COVID-19 app for the states of Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

6. Places you visit can be added manually and, if you enable location services, the app will attempt to auto-detect locations in the background.

7. Care19 is a digital diary that can help you remember where you have been over the last 14 days.

8. Our goal would be to automatically capture about half of the places you visit, thus reducing the amount of work needed to maintain the list.

9. Identifying contacts is key to slowing the spread of coronavirus.

10. This is done by sharing a code number displayed on the “About” section of the app.

11. You will not be asked to provide any personally identifiable information within the app.
