🎌 About elite2strava

1. This will open your email and create an email with the tcx file attached ready to send to strava.

3. Send the email and in a few minutes you will see your Elite training session in your Strava feed.

4. Many devices, like Elite's My E-Trainer app, support a simple output format called csv which outputs all the data as a text file with the values separated by commas.

5. In your email open the email you just received from yourself and press and hold the csv file attachment.

6. This will send the csv file as an email attachment.

7. Make sure that the email account that is being used to send the email is the one you have registered with Strava.

8. elite2strava reads this simple format and creates the more complicated tcx file for you.

9. Tcx files are used by many online sports training and recording services, such as Strava and Training Peaks, to upload and record your sporting activities.

10. Select E2S icon and the file will open in elite2strava.
