  1. The developer of Interactive Constitution is National Constitution Center and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of National Constitution Center to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like National Constitution Center to delete all your data it holds. National Constitution Center must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that National Constitution Center deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Interactive Constitution until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Interactive Constitution app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Interactive Constitution, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The free Interactive Constitution app presents the full text of the U.S. Constitution and features essays by leading scholars that detail areas of agreement and disagreement across a range of philosophical and legal perspectives.

2. For the first 15 Amendments, you can read the annotated text of each amendment, along with "Common Interpretations" - joint statements by leading scholars detailing areas of agreement - and "Matters of Debate," individual statements by those same scholars detailing discussing areas of disagreement, along with the annotated text of each amendment.

3. For the Articles I-VII of the U.S. Constitution, you can read the full text of each article by sections, with annotations from some of the nation’s leading scholars and from the Annenberg Classroom.

4. For Amendments 16-27, you can read the full annotated text, plus interpretations from the Annenberg Classroom, a national leader in resources for civic education.

5. Created by the National Constitution Center in partnership with the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society, this nonpartisan resource is featured by the College Board in its Advanced Placement history and government courses.

6. Select the "Articles" and "Amendments" tabs on the next screen to read the part of the Constitution that interests you.

7. The "About The Constitution" section contains a series of white papers that provide overarching background on the Constitution, its history, and how it should be interpreted and applied.
