A few things to note and do before cancelling:
- The developer of Rentro is James Lau and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of James Lau to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
- You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Subscription Costs (USD) 💰
- Basic Plan: $9.99/month for managing up to 5 rental units
- Pro Plan: $19.99/month for managing up to 15 rental units
- Premium Plan: $29.99/month for managing up to 30 rental units
How to Cancel Rentro Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the Rentro (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.
How to Cancel Rentro Subscription on Android Device:
- Open your Google Play Store app.
- Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
- Tap on Rentro (subscription you wish to cancel)
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Reach out to James Lau
- Visit Rentro website: Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Cancel Rentro from Paypal: 💳
- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Rentro" or "James Lau" to cancel.
How to delete Rentro account:
- Reach out directly to Rentro.
- Send an email to ptaclau@gmail.com Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

4. * You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the iTunes Store.
5. * Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. Rentro is free to use for managing a single rental unit.
7. Just sit back, collect rent and let Rentro do the work.
8. A subscription is required to manage additional units.
