6. The app takes into account the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute for Germany and is operated in close cooperation with the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL).

8. The app does not store any personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number, SIM card or the telephone name.
