2. Die Infectio App beinhaltet eine kompakte Leitlinie zum indikationsgerechten Einsatz von Antibiotika und anderen Antiinfektiva zur Behandlung von Infektionen des Menschen.
3. Neben Therapie-Empfehlungen gibt die Infectio App Informationen zu wichtigen Krankheitserregern und der klinischen Symptomatik und Diagnostik bestimmter Infektionen.
4. Die Leitlinie hat zum Ziel, Ärzten eine Übersicht und Hilfestellung bei der Diagnostik und Therapie unterschiedlicher Infektionen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
5. Die Infectio App kann hierbei jedoch nicht die individuelle Therapieentscheidung des einzelnen Arztes anhand patientenspezifischer Faktoren ersetzen.
6. Die Infectio App basiert auf aktuellen Leitlinien wissenschaftlicher Fachgesellschaften sowie klinischen Studienergebnissen.
