Things to note before removing Tuniversal:

  1. The developer of Tuniversal is Peter Hallett and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Peter Hallett to delete all your data it holds. Peter Hallett must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that Peter Hallett deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Tuniversal until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Tuniversal app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Tuniversal, » then click "Uninstall".

🎌 About Tuniversal


1. Tuniversal has 6 modes: (1) automatic tuner, (2) scale practise, (3) long note practise, (4) intervals practice, (5) metronome and (6) pitch pipe.

2. The graph will automatically centre on the frequency played, or tap to re-centre the graph on the note you have selected in "settings".

3. * Centre frequency graph: You can tap on the frequency graph in tuner mode to clear and re-centre the graph.

4. If you select a transposing instrument, the concert pitch note is also shown.

5. * Your instrument : Tuniversal will automatically transpose the note played, based on your instrument choice.

6. You might also adjust the frequency of A if you are playing with a piano that has been tuned sharp or flat.

7. * Microphone sensitivity: Adjust to select how loud you must play for Universal to track your pitch.

8. Pitch pipe: swipe to choose a note on the staff, and hit play to hear it.

9. Tuniversal will automatically adjust to the range and clef of your chosen instrument.

10. Set to “high” or “very high” if Tuniversal does not detect your playing.

11. Tuniversal has been crafted to meet the needs of players of woodwind and brass instruments.

12. * Use this mode when you want Tuniversal to show if you are in tune.

13. * Aim to keep your volume within the lines shown, whilst maintaining accurate pitch and a great tone.

14. In noisy settings you might want to select “low” or “very low”.
