Things to note before removing MPrint:

  1. The developer of MPrint is The University of Michigan and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of The University of Michigan to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like The University of Michigan to delete all your data it holds. The University of Michigan must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that The University of Michigan deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold MPrint Mobile until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the MPrint Mobile app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose MPrint Mobile, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The MPrint Mobile App provides a convenient way for students, faculty, and staff to print on campus without needing to swipe your MCard! Users should submit print jobs to the Follow Me print queue, and then can launch the app to release their documents to printers nearby.

2. No need to worry about which printers you have installed, or frustration if the printer you normally use is jammed or out of paper.
