This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity.

3. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

4. Personally, I tend to start with a warm up video, then a session of 'Feel the Burn', followed by a toning session, then 30 minutes of dancing before a cool down.

5. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it.

6. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

7. That being said, be sure to wipe your sweat from time to time so that the floor won’t be slippery.

8. It might help with your fitness level and get rid of the guilty feeling you have when you don’t get enough exercise, though.

9. 4) You need to see professional help as there is a problem with your sweat glands.

10. Then again, please do check with your physician if this workout is right for you and for how many minutes you should do it each week.
