Things to note before removing Voterbase:

  1. The developer of Voterbase is Ryan Shea and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Ryan Shea to delete all your data it holds. Ryan Shea must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that Ryan Shea deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Voterbase: Voting Guide until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Voterbase: Voting Guide app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Voterbase: Voting Guide, » then click "Uninstall".

1. This includes registration, requesting a vote-by-mail ballot, preparing for voting by reviewing the election races and candidates, and finally, voting.

2. All voting resources you'll be directed to in the app are official resources for your state, from voter registration, to vote-by-mail requests, to polling location lookups.

3. Next, you'll be taken to your sample ballot, where you'll see a preview of the federal and state races on your ballot, as well as referendums if they are up for consideration in your state.

4. First, provide your address so we can customize your app experience, from your ballot to your voting checklist.

5. If you are in one of the 100 most populated cities in the United States, local races will be included in your sample ballot as well.

6. In the second tab of the app you'll see a voter checklist that can help you keep track of what you need to do to vote in the election.
