1. • Connected Voice mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time.
2. • Connected Voice for iOS is a VoIP softphone that allows you to easily talk, chat, meet and share with contacts and colleagues using your VoIP service.
3. As a result, the official position of Connected Voice is that the Connected Voice product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying or supporting Emergency Calls.
4. Connected Voice will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly nor indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls.
5. Using Connected Voice as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.
6. Connected Voice requires an administrator generated account for login.
7. • Share files, photos, videos and more from Connected Voice and reduce swapping between apps to collaborate effectively and efficiently.
8. Connected Voice lets you take communications anywhere no matter which device you use it on.
9. Make calls between team members and set up your VoIP service to call mobile and landlines.
10. If you do not have an account given to you by your company or service provider, you will not be able to use the softphone client.
