Things to note before removing myMET:
- The developer of myMET is Campbell Scientific and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Campbell Scientific to delete all your data it holds. Campbell Scientific must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Campbell Scientific deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold myMET until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the myMET app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose myMET, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The wind meters measure wind speed, air temperature and wind chill, which is transmitted using Bluetooth LE technology, to an iPhone 4s or later, or an iPad 2 or later.
2. The data can be logged by the mobile device, connected to an image of the site, and transmitted to another remote location using text or email.
3. In the mobile iOS platform, wind direction is integrated with location and altitude, to give the user the environmental conditions at that location.
