2. A biometric validation process is used during the digital ID-check process to avoid fraud and ensure seamless experiences for participants.

3. This step is mandatory for those participants who plan to join official meetings virtually through the online virtual conference portal.

4. To start the identification process, please have your participant login credentials and a valid ID-card, passport or travel document to hand.
